House Rules
Please ensure all fires are completely extinguished when going to bed or leaving the property.
No smoking inside allowed, and use ashtrays provided.
Please use water sparingly.
Please note that there are 2 dogs on the property.
Medium-sized, well-socialised dogs allowed with prior arrangement. Any aggressive behaviour toward staff or other dogs will result in the cancellation of the booking.
The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is 6.
Any breakages must be reported and be replaced at the guests' cost.
No pets are allowed on the furniture, and any damages or cleaning of the furniture will be at the guests' costs.
No towels are to be used at the river.
Please close the kitchen window and doors at night.
Please put any canoes on the lawn after use.
