House Rules

The unit operates on a pre-paid electricity system. The host will provide 25 unit perday, and the guest will be responsible for topping up as needed.

They hereby release the property owner, their employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, damages, losses, or costs arising from: Injuries or Illness: Any physical or emotional injuries, or illnesses sustained during their stay.Damage to Personal Property: Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.• • • • Accidents or Incidents: Any accidents or incidents occurring on the property, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, or other unforeseen events.Use of Facilities: Any harm resulting from the use of amenities or facilities, such as swimming pools, outdoor equipment, kitchen appliances, or recreational items.Acts of Nature: Damage or inconvenience caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond the owner's control.Third-Party Actions: Any issues arising from the actions of other guests, neighbors, or third parties.
