House Rules

The accommodation does not experience load-shedding as it makes use of solar power.
Breakfast and dinner are available at an additional fee, on request.
Smoking is not allowed.
The rooms are cleaned daily, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Laundry services are available on request during weekdays, at an additional fee.
Babysitting services are available by prior arrangement, at an additional fee.
The property doesn't have rooms where you can smoke inside, as it is prohibited, but there are designated smoking areas. A fine of R1000 will be issued and must be paid in cash when this rule is not adhered to.
No guest visitors from outside are allowed. Only reasonable requests will be considered at an additional cost of R200 per visitor for day visits only.
Fireworks are not permitted, as the guest house is situated in a private residential area. Therefore, the use of it is against the law. Also, it's a fire risk as most of the houses in the area, including the guest house, have grass lapas.
We are situated in a quiet residential upmarket area. Therefore, parties & loud music is prohibited on the premises. Also, only moderate use of alcohol is allowed, as we had many negative experiences & damages in the past. A fine of, R1000 will be issued and must be paid in cash when these rules are not adhered to.
Please note, eating and drinking on the beds are strictly prohibited, as it can cause unremovable stains on our high-quality linen and/or also unnecessary cleaning costs. There are designated areas inside the rooms; the kitchens, and also suitable areas outside for this purpose. Additional charges are applicable if this request/rule is not adhered to.
Please note that an additional R250 per person will be charged if white towels are left in an unreasonably dirty state; with stains or used as swimming towels. Towels should only be used for bathroom purposes. Please bring your own swimming towels, as we don't provide them.
Please inform us should anything be broken. Charges will be applicable.
Guests are welcome to use the machines. It only uses liquid detergents (no powder detergent, please). Also, please don't overload the machines.
