House Rules
House Rules:
1. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and to provide copy of government issued ID for registration of stay with estate management before check-in. This is a requirement for us to comply with security protocol of residential estate and guests won’t be allowed access if this rule has not followed prior to check-in. A form will be sent to guests to fill in and upload their ID.

2. No smoking: Our apartment is a non-smoking unit. Please refrain from smoking anywhere on the premises, including the patio and garden area.
3. Quiet hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbours during these times.
4. No parties or events: Our apartment is located in a quiet residential estate, and out of respect for our neighbours, parties and events are not permitted on the premises.
5. Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the apartment is limited to the number of guests indicated in your reservation. Please do not exceed this limit.
6. Respect for property: Please treat our apartment and its amenities with care and respect. Any damages or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
7. Cleanliness: We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Please maintain cleanliness during your stay and leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out. For stays 5 days or longer, guest agrees to a once-a-week housekeeping session. This is not chargeable. Extra cleaning is available on request and is chargeable.
8. Security: For your safety and security, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.
9. Communication: Should you have any questions, concerns, or encounter any issues during your stay, please contact us promptly so that we can address them in a timely manner.
10. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
11. Best Airbnb practices: In addition to the above rules, we recommend the following best practices for a pleasant Airbnb experience:
- Communicate openly and respectfully with your host.
- Follow any additional instructions provided by your host for a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Be mindful of energy usage by turning off lights, appliances, and air conditioning when not in use.
- Respect the privacy and property of your neighbours and fellow guests.
- Enjoy your stay and make memories to cherish!
