Linen, bath towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries are provided. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, a safety deposit box, luggage storage, a USB charging point, and access to free Wi-Fi. These rooms have access to all communal areas, and use of communal kitchen.

Persons under 16 cannot stay in dormitory rooms unless accompanied by an adult legal guardian. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, particularly younger travelers.

Secure parking is available on request at an additional cost. This provides peace of mind for guests who arrive by car, knowing that their vehicle is parked safely on our premises.
The stated rate is for one person per bed. For group bookings, we will do our best to accommodate guests in the same room, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that additional charges may apply for extra beds or private rooms.
A valid passport or ID is required at check-in. This is a standard procedure to verify the identity of our guests and ensure their safety and security. Failure to provide these documents may result in denial of check-in.
Please note that all guests are to declare their baggage count before arrival, Our rooms accommodate 1 large luggage bag per person. The hostel provides Luggage Storage at a fixed rate of R25 per day.
SweetStay reserves the right to refuse service or terminate your stay at any time for violation of these Terms or disruptive behavior.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel.
Alcohol and Drugs in strictly prohibited inside the hostel.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by SweetStay management.
You are responsible for any damages caused to the hostel property during your stay.
