The only thing positive is the view, everything else was bad. Terrible, no one welcomed us in, had to go around checking for the caretaker. Check-in time was 14:00, we got there at 15:00 and the place was not ready, had to wait for another 45 minutes. The place was not even cleaned properly. Not value for money at all. WiFi was terrible, kept buffering the whole time.

Hi Lazoa. We appreciate your honest review and have taken the necessary steps to address the WiFi issues as far as possible, as we are reliant on the speed from internet providers. Unfortunately, on this day we had issues with cleaning staff, and the caretaker had an accident with the airport shuttle car and was dealing with the insurance to get a rental car. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure future guests don't have the same experience.
