Guests should please refrain from making loud noises. In the event of a noise complaint from other guests, security will facilitate the immediate checkout of the noisy party without any refund.
Any extension of stay is strictly subject to availability at the time of the request. Guests are advised to notify the host as early as possible regarding any intended extension.
Guests will be held responsible for any losses, damage, or breakages to the accommodation or its inventory. The cost of these damages must be paid within 24 hours via the guest's credit card or cash deposit.
Guests are advised to check the inventory against the list provided in the room or cottage within 1 hour of arrival. If an inventory check is not completed, guests will be deemed to have accepted the accommodation and inventory as being complete and in good condition.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and bathrooms. A fine will be imposed for each occurrence of smoking in non-designated areas.
No eating or drinking is allowed in or around the pool area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
