No cash is accepted at the guesthouses. Please settle the balance using a bank card or via EFT.
Meals are not included in our rates. However, guests may use the communal kitchen on the ground floor.
Only the Ostrich, Protea Main Room, and Bluecrane rooms are en-suite. All other rooms share a communal bathroom in the hallway.
Smoking, hubbly, and vaping are not allowed inside the houses or rooms.
Each guest is required to present an ID, passport, or driver’s license with a photo upon check-in.
No loud voices, noises, or music are allowed, as the guesthouses are located in a residential neighbourhood.
The guesthouse takes no responsibility for the safety or behavior of guests or their children. The premises are not child-friendly due to various safety hazards, including electrical equipment in rooms, open swimming pools, balconies, electric gates, and open staircases.
