CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
We would like to inform you that repair works on the fire escape staircase at Premier Hotel Cape Town will begin on 10 March 2025.
The repair works are expected to take approximately 8 weeks to complete.
During this period, the fire escape staircase will be inaccessible however temporary safety and evacuation protocols will be in place to ensure the safety of all Guests.
Please note that the hotel will remain fully operational during the works, and noise levels will be kept to a minimum, occurring only between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
The construction area will be clearly marked and securely closed off from public and Guest access.
The swimming pool will be closed and cordoned off from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, during the repair works. During this time, the pool area will be protected with netting to prevent falling debris.
The pool will be available for guest use on weekends, from Friday afternoon through Sunday.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to upgrade and improve our facilities. Hotel management and staff have been thoroughly briefed and will ensure that all necessary safety protocols are followed during this time.
FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Guests are kindly advised that bringing outside food and beverage items onto the hotel premises for consumption is strictly prohibited. However, the hotel is committed to accommodating special dietary requirements with prior arrangement. Guests are encouraged to contact guest services in advance to discuss any specific needs or requests.
IRONING FACILITIES:
The hotel strives to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Please note that irons are not available in the rooms; however, designated ironing stations are conveniently located throughout the hotel for guest use.
