The place could have easily been a 10/10 if it wasn't for the owner's attitude. The place was beautiful, stunning scenery and very safe. The manager was very helpful and kind. However, the owner was not nice, enquired about a microwave which was not available at the Aloe room, and she made a big fuss about it. I would think a microwave is a very basic amenity; we just wanted to warm our food. She had to tell us it's not a hotel or guesthouse, so there is no microwave. First time I have ever heard that excuse.

We feel it is important to note here that your request for a microwave came in late at night after 10:15 pm. The owner did attend to your request and heated your food, bringing it back to you on a tray with serviettes. Our point about not being a hotel was that we do not offer room service, not that we do not have microwaves. Our other 4 rooms do have microwaves and you booked one that did not.
