Price Includes

Self Catering Apartment: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Bed and Breakfast Unit 1: Rates displayed are on a bed and breakfast basis.
Bed and Breakfast Overnighter: Rates displayed are on a bed and breakfast basis.

House Rules

The Bed and Breakfast units does not accommodate any children of any age.
The self-catering unit - only children older than 10 years and older will be considered and will be charged the adult rate.
No pets are allowed.
In line with SASSI regulations we do not allow West Coast Lobster /Crayfish on site whatsoever
We do not accept credit cards
Refer to the booking confirmation email from Paters Haven which will be sent to you all for detail regarding payment and reservation.

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in	25%deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
