Huisreëls

• Please take care of this holiday accommodation like you would take care of your own property.
• We ask that you please do not smoke inside the house, but feel free to smoke outside.
• NO FISH may be cleaned on the premises.
• Washing of Vehicles on the premises is prohibited.
• When leaving the house; please lock the doors and close the windows and set the alarm. This also applies on your departure.
• Kindly contact the Agent the day before departure to make arrangements regarding the keys and report any problems and breakage
• Check out is 10h00 at the latest.
• Check in is from 14h00. Please contact the Agent for arrangements.
• Some of the closets may be locked and contain the owner’s items. Please respect these closets and do not attempt to open it.
• Occupancy at anytime for any reason is limited to the number of persons agreed as per your reservation. Kindly inform us of additional people.
• Please keep the noise level low and respect your neighbours.
• Do not move inside furniture outside.
• Towels and bedding should not leave the building and used outside or on the beach
• The owner or agent reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Property, Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance.
• Kindly note that you enter the property at your OWN RISK and the owner of agent cannot be held responsible for any loss of property or injury that may occur during your stay.
