House Rules
A maximum of 10 adults can be accommodated on the game-viewing vehicle.
5 small children (under 10 years old) can also be accommodated.
Children 10 years and older count towards the number of adult guests.
The maximum occupancy - including children under 10 years old - is 15 in total.
We are governed by The Black Rhino Game Reserve and they limit the number of guests permitted in the reserve at any time. The maximum number of guests allowed at each lodge is therefore not negotiable.
Cell phone coverage & WiFi: A 6MB connection is available in all areas of the lodge, but please note that the strength of the connection can be affected by weather conditions. Due to the remote location, we cannot always guarantee the connection.
We have a full gym and a small business centre on our property. They sit on the border between the three lodges and all three lodges can use this facility. It’s the only “shared space” the lodges have. The rest of our offering is totally private and exclusive to each lodge.
No self-driving is allowed in the Black Rhino Reserve.
No household pets are allowed to enter the Black Rhino Reserve.
