Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This is a strictly non-smoking home; smoking is not permitted inside or on the patio, as smoke can filter through the house. Guests may smoke only on the grass area in front of the house.
The property is not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 must be observed, and guests are expected to be considerate of neighbors during this time.
Upon booking confirmation, a guest list, including the ages of all children, must be provided to the host. Infants are included in the maximum guest capacity of ten guests.
No pets are allowed.
The breakage deposit is fully refundable, provided no damages occur. Guests are requested to report any damages before departure.
Two kayaks, one single and one double, are available for rent at an additional rate per day for both. Rental must be arranged at least two days before arrival and paid separately. Guests should bring their own life jackets and swimming towels. Those with their own boat are welcome to launch at the shared jetty.
