Excellent customer service but better options available. The customer service was excellent. The farm manager did everything to ensure our comfort and accommodate our needs. There are a few issues. The WiFi is not great. It is inconvenient to not be able to come and go as you see fit. You need to contact the farm manager. Automated gates and a remote would solve this problem. It was somewhat expensive for what we got. Maybe if it was R a night it would have been worth it. The bus is not private at all. In the photos, it seems to be private, but in reality, it is surrounded by other units. There is a French drain right next to the unit, so there are often unpleasant smells.

Hi Ruan, thanks for your feedback. I wish you had communicated with me earlier about your issues; we could have maybe resolved some of them, which would have made your stay more comfortable and we would have gotten a better review. The WiFi was upgraded over the weekend; we are fortunate to even have WiFi on such a remote piece of land. We share gates with neighbouring farms and the animals on the farm also need protecting, so for their safety it is this way. We have never had a complaint about the drain before, so thanks so much for bringing this to our attention; we will sort this out.
