House Rules

Smoking is prohibited indoors.
A fine is payable on cigarette butts lying around.
Please keep the house tidy as the house cleaning fee only covers a basic cleaning service.

Guests must please consider other guests and avoid loud music or late-night parties.

Guests are kindly asked to keep the windows clean. Should the windows be left dirty, a fee will be deducted from the deposit.
