Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests must remain indoors after dark for safety.
Only the number of guests booked may stay, and extra guests will incur additional charges.
Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between 18:00 and 08:00.
Visitors are allowed until 20:00.
Parties are not permitted, but small gatherings are allowed.
There are 4 designated parking spots, and off-road parking is not allowed.
All trash must be taken to the dump, and a fine of R2000 will be issued for any garbage left behind.
Doors must be locked, and the alarm must be set when leaving the property.
Water and electricity should be used sparingly, with air conditioning set to a maximum of 20°C.
The pool area must be used responsibly, with no glass and no unsupervised children.
Fires should not be lit in windy conditions, and hot coals must be disposed of properly.
Fireworks are not allowed.
Smoking is permitted outside only, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in ashtrays.
Wildlife should only be fed with approved food such as game pellets or safe treats.
Plants must not be picked, and animals should not be disturbed.
Pets are not allowed, except for approved guide dogs.
Children may not ride on the back of bakkies, and drunk driving is strictly prohibited.
A valid driver’s license is required for all drivers.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
Upon checkout, guests must return the keys, set the alarm, remove all trash, and wash any used dishes. Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties.
