Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

This property does not accommodate pets.

Parking is reserved for 1 car only.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.

Day visitors are not permitted.

The property is enclosed with palisade fencing and features 1 covered parking space, monitored by 24-hour armed response security with WOLF Security. Additional security measures include beams, alarms, and Trellidor.

Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking is permitted to use the unit

Guests are required to bring their own personal toiletries, toilet paper, as well as beach and bath towels.

Linen is changed once a week, and floors are cleaned on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

No cleaning services are provided on weekends or public holidays.

Guests must bring their own decoder and smartcard.

If more people are accommodated than confirmed and paid for, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
