The property includes dedicated free parking on the property.
The property is supported by a battery inverter during load-shedding hours.
Guests should be aware that the Golf Estate has cameras. If a fine is issued, the guest is directly responsible for it and must pay it directly to the estate. A code from the Hello System will be sent, and the guest will also receive a notification about the speed. Additionally, each guest will be sent a reminder.
A fine between R500 and R1000 does apply for guests speeding in the estate. Guests should adhere to the speed limit at all times to prevent a fine being issued for the guest's account.
