House Rules

Please note that day visitors are not allowed, and only the amount of guests specified on the booking are permitted to stay at the property.

Only the Private / Family / Honeymoon Suite and Apartment 3: Standard (No View) units have braai facilities available.

No generator backup for load shedding.

Group bookings will not be accepted.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

No parties or gatherings are permitted.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

If the house rules are not adhered to guests will be asked to leave the premises without reimbursement.

Guests are asked to use water sparingly as the town of Gariepdam is experiencing water shortages.

Please note that Griepview cannot accommodate large vehicles, trailers, or caravans on the premises.

Gariepview is currently expanding with two brand new suites being built, and therefor the main bottom gate needs to be slide open and close by hand please.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by building works.
