Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The cottage is serviced three times a week, and linen is provided.
Loud music after 22:00 is not allowed.
Fish cleaning is not allowed inside the house.
Guests will receive one gate remote on arrival, which must be returned to the caretaker before departure.
The caretaker and property owners are not liable for theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings, including pets.
A caretaker resides on the property permanently.
Guests must bring their own towels and personal toiletries.
