Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Check-In: From 3:00 PM
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (unless arranged in advance)

No Smoking:
This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke inside the apartment. If you smoke, kindly use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

No Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted. Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring a pet.

Quiet Hours:
To respect neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during these times, especially on balconies and outdoor spaces.

Parties and Events:
No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. The apartment is intended for the use of registered guests only. Please be considerate of neighbors.

Additional Guests:
Only the number of guests specified in the booking may stay in the apartment. If you need to accommodate extra guests, please request permission in advance.

Respect the Property:
Please take care of the apartment as if it were your own. Treat all furnishings, appliances, and fixtures with respect. Any damage caused will result in additional charges.

Trash Disposal:
Please dispose of trash in the provided bins and separate recyclables as per local guidelines. Ensure all full trash bags are placed in the designated bin before check-out.

Laundry:
If you require extra towels, linens, or housekeeping during your stay, please request them in advance. We’re happy to assist, but please inform us ahead of time.

Kitchen Use:
Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen for cooking, but please ensure that it is left clean and tidy after use. Wash all dishes, utensils, and cookware.

Lost or Forgotten Items:
While we will do our best to return any lost items, YouStay is not responsible for personal belongings left behind after check-out.

Respect for Local Community:
Be mindful of the local community and culture. We ask that you respect the area and environment, keeping noise to a minimum and following any local guidelines.

Security:
For your safety, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Ensure that you leave the keys in the designated spot when checking out.

Parking:
Please use only the designated parking spots. If you are unsure where to park, let us know and we’ll guide you to the correct area.
