Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No children are allowed, except by prior arrangement with the owner.
Only the number of guests who have booked and paid may stay in the unit. No extra guests are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Quiet hours are strictly from 21:00 to 09:00. Guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately if any noise complaints are received after 21:00.
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
No day visitors are allowed.
No pets are allowed on the premises, except by prior arrangement with the owner.
A fee will be charged for arrivals after 22:00, as indicated by the owner.
A fine will be charged for late departure.
Replacement of keys and remote controls will incur an additional fee.
The wood-fired hot tub is used at guests' own risk.
