Still good value and close to the Urology hospital. Stayed there in 2019 and it was 1st rate. The room and kitchen furnishings need a little update. Booked into the 2nd floor (no lift) and found it a struggle to go up all the flights of stairs. No help received with baggage up to the 2nd floor. Should there be a next time, will definitely request ground floor accommodation. This is still value for money and so conveniently close to the Urology hospital.
