Parties are note permitted in the apartment.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Please report any damage or breakages immediately.

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
Do not share the access key/code with anyone not authorised to be in the apartment.

The apartment is suitable for up to 4guests. Exceeding this number is not permitted.

Please use designated parking spaces only.
The host is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles.

Be mindful of other residents in the building.
Avoid loud conversations or music in shared spaces.
