Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
House/Units should be kept clean and tidy as received by the Host.
No screaming or shouting. Noise levels are to be kept at a minimum.
Respect the neighbours at all times.
Do not move bedding, etc from one unit to other units.
Key and breakage deposit per unit will be charged and must be paid directly to the Host before check-in.
Once units are checked and cleaned the deposit will be paid back to guests within 2 working days.
All breakages of crockery, etc. must be reported on the day of departure.
