House Rules

Please note that any refunds issued due to cancellations or for any other reason will be subject to banking and refund processing fees. These fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. The establishment is not responsible for covering these charges.

No visitors are allowed at any point during your stay without prior approval from the host. Any additional people on the property will be billed per person.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee and potential forfeiture of your deposit.

No parties, events, gatherings, or functions are allowed. No loud music, singing, shouting, or chanting. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

No pets are allowed without prior approval from the host. An additional fee may apply for approved pets.

Standard check-in time is between 15:00 and 17:00. Late check-ins (after 17:00) require prior approval and may incur a fee. Standard check-out time is by 10:00. Late check-outs (after 10:00) require prior approval and will incur an hourly fee.

Please take care of the property and its contents. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from your deposit. Keep the property clean and dispose of trash in the designated areas.

Should any of the house rules be broken, your breakage deposit will be held by the establishment. Additionally, you may be removed from the property by the police.
