Description
Bush Berry Farm Lodge is a self-catering retreat nestled in the heart of the Bushveld. Located 35 km from Hoedspruit, it offers the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty. Exclusively available for family or group bookings.
This lodge accommodates 6 adults and 2 children across 3 chalets. Each air-conditioned chalet is furnished with a queen-size bed, and 2 of the chalets also have a child-only bed. The chalets include a dressing table and wardrobe, and feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided. The chalets open onto a patio with outdoor seating, overlooking a stream surrounded by Tambotie trees and the soothing sounds of beautiful birdlife.
The property has a well-equipped communal kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and central dining table. Outside, guests can enjoy a beautifully set-out boma area as well as outdoor dining. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi throughout the property, perfect for staying connected during your stay.
The lodge is home to a variety of game, including Impala, Waterbuck, Njala, Dik-dik, and Steenbok. It also boasts an abundance of birdlife, making it a birder’s paradise. Species such as Hornbills, Kingfishers, Helmetshrikes, Go-Away Birds, Whydahs, Weavers, Sunbirds, and many more can be spotted. Enjoy a nature walk on the farm to experience all that nature has to offer.
The property is located 54 km from the Kruger National Park. While in Hoedspruit, guests can enjoy activities such as a Blyde River Dam Boat Cruise, a day tour at the Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, and a visit to the Hoedspruit Reptile Centre.
