House Rules

Smoking inside the units is prohibited, but guests may smoke outside on the balcony and patios.

If anything breaks, guests are required to replace it. The unit must be left neat and tidy upon departure.

No additional guests are allowed to stay overnight. If guests wish to receive visitors during the day, this must be arranged with the owner in advance.

Music is allowed, but guests must be considerate of others.

If any issues arise, guests are welcome to consult the owners, who will assist where possible.

Guests must bring their own towels.

Small children and individuals who cannot swim may not be at the pool without proper supervision.
