Bird's View Woonstel is deel van 'n groter huis op die eiendom. Die woonstel kan saam met die groot huis ook gehuur word om meer mense te kan huisves. Die woonstel word wel apart uitverhuur en wanneer die woonstel uitverhuur word, word die groot huis nie beskikbaar gemaak nie. Dus is die woonstel en die fasiliteite tot die privaat gebruik van die gaste. Die woonstel bestaan uit 'n aparte slaapkamer groot genoeg vir 2 mense, 'n oop plan area met 'n volledige kombuis, eetkamer en sitkamer. Die bank in die sitkamer kan ook uitvou in 'n slaap bed groot genoeg vir 2 kinders of 1 volwassene. Die woonstel loop uit op die swembad en 'n ongelooflike uitsig oor die berge met al die geriewe soos 'n braai area, sonstoele, omheinde grasperk en vanaf 21 Januarie 2025 'n houtverwarmde jacuzzi (kol kol).

Die hoofhuis beskik oor 3 en suite-slaapkamers waarvan die eerste 2 slaapkamers pragtige see & berg -uitsigte, 'n koninggrootte-bed, aantrekkamer en 'n en suite-badkamer met 'n bad (net die een slaapkamer) , stort, wasbak en toilet het. Die derde slaapkamer het 'n koninggrootte-bed en 'n en suite-badkamer met 'n stort, wasbak en toilet. Die vierde slaapkamer het 2 stapelbeddens vir kinders met 'n badkamer langsgaan met 'n stort, wasbak en toilet. Alle linne en handdoeke word voorsien, maar gaste moet hul eie strandhandoeke saambring.
