House Rules

Children younger than 13 years old are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed. You will be liable for a fine up to R1000 for smoking violations.
Parties are not allowed.
No loud noise after 21h00 and no noise after 23h00.
The host may require you to send them a copy of all the guests' ID/ Passport documents as they need to register you with the building manager.
No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked.
You will also be required to sign a document upon check-in explaining the house rules.
