Location location location! Ons verblyf was baie aangenaam. Daar was wel 'n paar shortfalls.

Familie vakansie. Daar was 'n paar tekortkominge, daar is nie. 'n Blikoopmaker, 'n strainer, slaaibakke of 'n vleisbak nie, net een baie groot slaai/mengbak. Daar is ook nie plekmatjies of 'n tafeldoek nie. Die matte was baie vuil en al die kussings het nie goed geruik nie. Die gasbraaiertjie op die balkon is vir seker te klein om 6 mense se vleis te hanteer. Dis die 4de woonstel waar ons nou gebly het, maar skiet baie tekort aan die standaard waaraan ons gewoond is van Ballito Manor se ander woonstelle. Ongeag die toestand van die woonstel is Ballito Manor 'n baie lekker vakansie bestemming, pragtige tuine, baie lekker swembad en direkte toegang tot die promenade en strand.

Regarding the cleanliness of the mats and cushions, we are sorry that they did not meet your expectations, and we'll ensure our cleaning team gives extra attention to these areas. We also appreciate your feedback on the grill size and understand that it may not have been ideal for a larger group. We’ll take this into consideration as we review our amenities for future guests.
