This Luxury Holiday Home comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds while the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed. The en-suite bathrooms have a shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, and oven as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The lounge area features a TV and a fireplace. Guests have a private patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Guests are offered complimentary Wi-Fi.

The golf estate requires full guest and vehicle details before arrival.
Estate and house rules apply to all guests booked at Back 9. By confirming your booking you accept that you will obey all house and estate rules and will pay any penalties should you cross any lines.
Day visitors are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Pets are not allowed inside the unit or on the estate.
Guests will be held responsible for paying for property or content damage. Guest will pay the owner directly for all damage to the property or property content. No third party or insurance payouts will be accepted. Owner will not claim from their insurance for any damage caused by guests.
All payouts for breakage or penalty fee`s should be paid one day after departure.
No bachelor or bachelorette parties will be allowed.
Cleaning services can be requested ahead of time.
NO late check outs. There will be a penalty fee of R 500 for any late check out.
