As the apartment is part of the host's private home, they kindly request that guests refrain from hosting parties or events during their stay.
R1000 is charged if you lose/damage the keys and/or remote control.
Should you book the apartment on behalf of someone else, you must ensure the person who will be staying in the apartment is aware of what to expect at the apartment and the apartment's rules.
