Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A damage deposit will be collected in cash upon arrival, and the ID documents or passports of all adult guests will be scanned by the host during check-in.
For added safety, the unit is connected to an armed response service and has its own security alarm system. Alarm-triggered surveillance cameras monitor the front entrance and backyard.
Children under 12 should always be supervised while on the property. We also request that children under 8 have an adult nearby to ensure their safety. A pool cover is available upon request for added peace of mind.
Only registered guests may be present at the unit. If you wish to have visitors, please check with the host first. Parties and celebrations will not be accommodated.
To maintain an allergy-friendly environment, no pets are allowed on the property.
This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. To ensure fresh air for all guests, the use of tobacco, cannabis, or vaping products is strictly prohibited.
A cleaning service is available for an additional fee per day. Please notify the host in advance if you would like to arrange this service.
