Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Post-occupation cleaning service and linen change - R350 per clean and R100 per person/child for laundry charges - all our linen and towels are professionally laundered prior to use to ensure your comfort, preserve the quality and for sanitization.

Mandatory weekly service and linen change for stays longer than 9 nights- same charge as above. Day of services will be arranged to suite your holiday schedule.

More regular cleaning and linen changes on request - same charge as above.

The unit provides the Family DStv package with movies, series, and some sports channels. If you require more or less channels, your rate will be adjusted by the daily package difference.

Up to 2 children stray free outside Peak season.
2 children up to 12 years of age can stay for free except for the laundry charges during and after the stay.
