13 on Sand Plover is a lovely self-catering holiday home nestled within the Grotto Bay Nature Reserve. With its serene setting on the west Coast, this eco-friendly home is ideal for friends and family who are seeking a peaceful getaway where they can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The home can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a double bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has access to an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet. The first bedroom also has access to an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The shared bathroom features a bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests entertainment there is a Smart TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.

Guests can enjoy an undercover patio with sliding doors that opens up, bringing the outside indoors. The patio features an indoor braai, a dining table and a pool table. Secure parking is available on the premises. There are multiple walking trails from the estate that leads through the dunes onto the beach. Amenities such as shops and restaurants can be enjoyed in neighbouring towns like Yzerfontein that is approximately 31 km away, while Cape Town is approximately 60 km away.
