Absolutely no smoking allowed in the apartment: Should the smell of smoke be detected during the check out clean, you will be fined.
No noise / parties without exception: Should we receive a complaint, we will communicate with you but upon receiving a 2nd complaint, you will be asked to leave and a refund will not be issued.
Regrettably no pets allowed: Should an unauthorized pet be detected, you will be fined and asked to leave the property and no refund will be issued.
No overnight guests: only the number of guests that have been booked for are authorised to sleep at the property. Additional guests will be charged per person per night.
Filming not allowed without prior consent. A fine of up to 5X the nightly rate will be issued should a shoot be taking place without prior notice.
