Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No children are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.

Only the number of guests who have booked and paid for the unit may stay, with no extra guests permitted.

Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Any noise complaints received after 9:00 PM will result in immediate removal from the premises.

Smoking is prohibited indoors, and no pets are allowed, except with prior approval from the owner.

Day visitors are not permitted. A

fee will be charged for arrivals after 10:00 PM, as specified by the owner, and a fine will apply for late departures.

Replacement of keys and remote controls will incur an additional fee.

The wood-fired hot tub is used at the guests' own risk. Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM, with a fee for late check-out.
