There are cameras actively recording on the property's exterior and are only switched on at night for security purposes.
There is an information book in the house with valuable information and guests are kindly asked to read it.
A once-off cleaning fee is included in your quote. For longer stays, weekly cleaning can be arranged. Additional cleaning services are available upon request at an extra cost to the guest.
Guests are asked not to discard their cigarette butts in the surrounding vegetation.
Fire extinguishers are located throughout the house should a fire occur.
Please be mindful of snakes when walking.
Guests are kindly asked to be careful on the stairs as the tiles are slippery when wet and may be dangerous for small children.
A medical box is available in the kitchen under the fireplace.
