Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Rates are set for up to 6 guests and no extra guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Rowdy gatherings, parties, and events are strictly prohibited.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed in the lapa, balcony, and garden.
Noise is to be kept to a minimum outside and in the lapa after 22:00.
When arriving or returning late, noise is to be kept to a minimum.
Heaters, fans, and interior lights are to be turned off when not in use or when leaving the house.
The Cleaning Fee applies to cleaning after checkout. Cleaning services are available by arrangement at an additional cost. A weekly clean and linen change will be provided, free of charge, for bookings exceeding one week.
Charcoal and firelighters are not supplied for the braai and guests are required to provide their own.
Please lift the glass top on the gas stove before igniting.
