House Rules

Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors. Please smoke in the designated smoking area and dispose of cigarette buds responsibly. Evidence of smoking inside the property will attract an additional cleaning fee. A refundable breakage deposit is required. We will be deducting from the breakage deposit if units are left in an unacceptable state.

Dogs needs to be small to medium in size, house trained and tick and flea treated. We ask that they be kept under your control at all times and not left alone on the property unless in the provided enclosed area. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or couches and any damages or losses will be for your account. We provide doggy liver bread treats, a bed, and two bowls for your pet. An additional fee applies for doggy visits per booking.
