Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R15000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
Guests are allowed a max of 5 visitors at any time during their stay.
Pets are not permitted at this premises.
Please close/lock windows and doors when leaving the premises.
The property is monitored by 24/7 security and patrolled by Protrack Secuirty throughout the Estate.
Please make use of the baboon screens on windows.
All damages must be reported to the host as soon as reasonably practicable.
Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit.
To avoid damages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another.
In the event of spillages or stains on furniture please alert our housekeeper as soon as possible to deal with appropriately.
Please do not feed the animals for your safety. We love animals but we don't invite them for tea.
Please no cutting of trees for firewood. We are happy to provide you with this on arrival.
Please do not exceed the speed limit of 30km in the Zandspruit Estate. Please do not drive through the bush, remain on designated paved or dirt roads.
