Loud noise is not permitted after 21:00, and complete silence is required after 22:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, and violations may result in a fine of up to R1000.
Guests may be required to provide copies of their ID or passport documents.
A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed at any time, and only registered guests may stay overnight.
A document outlining the house rules must be signed upon check-in.
For monthly rentals of 30 nights or more, electricity usage is limited to R500.
