Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking indoors.
Pets are allowed by arrangement and supervision only.
The pool and garden are shared with the family living in the main house.
The unit is accessed via a spiral staircase in a large 6-car garage, so the unit is above the garage but connected to our main house. There is an interleading door from the main bedroom to the main house, which is locked so that the guests have their own access and the owners will not access the unit.
The bedding is changed weekly. If guests want their bedding changed more often there would be an additional charge for bedding to be changed and the unit to be serviced whenever desired.
No wet swimming costumes/towels are permitted on the fabric cushions on the outside furniture.
