DECEMBER PEAK SEASON PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Peak season cancellation terms written herein apply and override our standard Lekkeslaap cancellation policy as follows -
50% deposit secures booking.
50% balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Key, Cleaning & Breakage deposit to be paid with balance payment.
Cancellation 2 months prior to your arrival 70% of deposit refundable.
Cancellation within 45 days prior to your arrival - 50% of your deposit refundable.
Cancellation within 1 months of your booking arrival - 0% refundable. No deposit refunds will be entertained.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No outdoor music is permitted. Guests are kindly asked to clean up after using the braai/bbq area to ensure it remains available for others.
By accepting this booking, you agree to supervise your children at all times while in the pool area.
Bath towels are not to be used in the pool area. Please bring your own swimming towels or feel free to request one from us.
Swimming is not permitted after sundown for safety reasons.
Additional guests are generally not allowed due to security and capacity regulations. Any exceptions must be arranged with management in advance.
This lodge is not intended as a party venue for gatherings or events with friends.
Rooms are serviced on weekdays only, excluding public holidays.
Bookings require the presentation of valid identification and completion of the check-in form upon arrival.
