Description
Penguin Studio Flat is an open-plan unit with room for 2 guests and a queen-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet. Clean linen and bath towels are provided. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas stove, microwave, air fryer, basic cutlery, crockery and tea-and coffee-making facilities. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs and a lounge area with a view of the sea. A TV with full DStv package is available and guests have access to free Wi-Fi. The studio apartment leads onto a private veranda with covered braai facilities, an outside table and chairs, and a view of the Walker Bay sea and the mountains. Secure parking is available next to the unit on site. Please note that this unit is not pet-friendly and does not have a garden.

A refundable breakage deposit must be paid before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
It will be refunded via EFT within 48 hours after the house has been cleaned and inspected.
Any damages during the stay must be reported to the owner upon departure.
If any damage occurs, the cost will be deducted from the deposit before the remaining amount is refunded via EFT.
Guests are asked to leave the house in a reasonable condition and load dirty dishes into the dishwasher.
All remaining dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher.
Guests staying in the Penguin Studio Flat must ensure all dishes are washed before departure.
If the units are left in an untidy state or if items or furniture are damaged, extra costs will be charged, and the breakage deposit may be withheld.

The second bedroom has 2 quality single boss beds and the bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, tea-and coffee-making facilities, a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a cosy sitting and dining room with a dining table, chairs, and a comfortable couch. A TV with the full DStv package. Free Wi-Fi is available. The sitting and dining room leads to a long porch with a fire pit, with a covered table and chairs, and steps to the garden. The unit offers lovely uninterrupted sea and mountain views. There is also a courtyard with a covered braai and built-in seating. Parking is available in front of the entrance.
