The management of Premier Hotel Cape Town would like to inform all guests that repair works on the fire escape staircase will commence on 10 March 2025. The project is expected to take approximately eight weeks to complete.

During this period, the fire escape staircase will be inaccessible. However, temporary safety and evacuation protocols will be implemented to ensure the safety of all guests. The hotel will remain fully operational throughout the works, and any noise generated will be minimized, occurring only between 09:00 and 16:00.

The construction area will be clearly marked and securely restricted to prevent public and guest access. The swimming pool will be closed and cordoned off from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 16:00, while repairs are ongoing. To protect guests from potential falling debris, the pool area will be secured with netting. The pool will be open for guest use on weekends, from Friday afternoon to Sunday.

The management appreciates guests' understanding and continued support as the hotel undergoes these necessary upgrades and improvements. Hotel staff has been fully briefed on the situation and will ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed during this time.

Additionally, guests are kindly reminded that bringing outside food and beverage items onto the premises is strictly prohibited. The hotel is happy to accommodate special dietary requirements with prior arrangements. Guests are encouraged to contact guest services in advance to discuss any specific needs or requests.

Please note that irons are not provided in the rooms. However, designated ironing stations are available throughout the hotel for guest use.
