Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

An R1000 refundable breakage deposit is required.

The balance please need to be paid before 30 days before arrival.

Guests please need to bring their own beach towels.

Sections of the house are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.

Prepaid electricity meters are provided for the guest's account.

Please note there are Chacma baboons in the area and guests are warned that they roam freely in our conservation area. They are wild animals so please don't feed them and keep windows and doors closed when you are not there.

The number of people occupying the house must not exceed the amount that the house can sleep, and day guests are not allowed, especially at weekends, unless the booking is for more than 7 days.

Excessive noise and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and strict penalties apply.
