No smoking or cannabis use anywhere in the building.
Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay, with a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Bookings cannot be transferred, changed, or made on behalf of a third party unless officially updated through the booking site. If not processed through the booking site, access to the apartment will not be granted.
Guests must keep the space tidy and avoid littering. Garbage must not be left on balconies, in public areas, or outside the apartment door. The daily housekeeping team will handle waste disposal.
Residents must be respected, and noise, including music, should be kept low, especially after 22:00 PM.
Building policy prohibits hanging laundry on balconies or any visible part of the building, including common areas.
All doors and windows must be closed when the apartment is unoccupied, as Cape Town’s weather can change suddenly, potentially causing damage to furnishings.
